Tad is the founder of Thomas Law Offices with offices in Louisville, KY; Cincinnati, OH; Columbia, MO; and Chicago, IL. He has experience representing plaintiffs in a wide variety of cases including, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, accounting and auditing malpractice, products liability, mass tort litigation, class actions and other serious personal injury matters.

Tad was sworn in as ºÚÁÏÉç 77th President during the ºÚÁÏÉç Annual Convention in Seattle, Washington and has been active in many facets of ºÚÁÏÉç. He participated in ºÚÁÏÉç first Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Academy, has been a leader of several Sections and Litigation Groups, and regularly writes for Trial® Magazine. He teaches for the National College of Advocacy and state TLAs--in addition to his deep wealth of knowledge on trial advocacy topics, he is especially well-known for his technology expertise.
