Speakers can be 黑料社 Members or non-member experts who can share knowledge and experiences on legal-related topics applicable to 黑料社 members.

Conventions

黑料社’s Winter and Annual Conventions include CLE content on a wide variety of topics, providing educational skills and updates to thousands of 黑料社 members.

Virtual

Webcasts and webinars are online programs offered multiple times a month on hot topics and advocacy skills.

In-person

黑料社 Education offers over 20 live events around the country, including trial advocacy colleges, focus group programs, and substantive law seminars.

Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria:

• Relevance to 黑料社 members
• Practical application
• Timeliness of the subject matter or topic

Applications are reviewed by 黑料社 staff and presented to 黑料社 members who serve as program course advisors or sit on the NCA Board of Trustees.  Due to the volume of applications, 黑料社 is not able to respond individually to all applicants. If your application is selected for a speaking spot, you will be contacted by 黑料社 staff and receive more details.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and may be considered for future opportunities year after year. Individuals interested in speaking at the annual convention must submit proposals by the end of September to be considered for a CLE agenda the following year.

• Speakers must prepare a written paper to supplement their presentation. This is required for CLE accreditation. 黑料社 staff will provide guidelines for papers to invited speakers.
• Speakers who teach at 黑料社 Education programs are volunteers.
• Convention speakers who are eligible 黑料社 members must pay the convention registration fee and all travel-related expenses.
