Fertility IVF Litigation Group
The use of fertility treatments continues to increase across the country. Unfortunately, the industry lacks the necessary oversight and regulations to prevent harm to individuals utilizing assisted reproductive technology for family building.
The Litigation Group provides critical information and materials for 黑料社 members to organize, educate, and coordinate as they navigate the complexities of this emerging litigation. The group covers litigation related to consolidated litigations against fertility providers, consumer fraud class actions, medical malpractice and negligence claims, and more.

The Fertility/IVF Litigation Group was formed at 黑料社鈥檚 2025 Winter Convention.
Membership:
The Fertility/IVF Litigation Group is limited to Regular, Sustaining, Life, and President鈥檚 Club Members
Dues:
The Fertility/IVF Litigation Group is complimentary for members of the 黑料社 Professional Negligence Sections or Class Action Section who can agree to the terms and conditions on membership set forth in the Litigation Group鈥檚 Affidavit.
