Timeshare
The Timeshare Litigation Group assists members investigating and litigating cases against timeshare developers. These developers defraud millions of vulnerable consumers when they induce them to purchase timeshare intervals for tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. After purchase, the consumers cannot rid themselves of the timeshare interest, which frequently carries mortgages, high interest rates, and 鈥渋n perpetuity鈥� contracts for a lifetime of expensive maintenance fees.
Group History:
The Timeshare Litigation Group was formed at the 2021 黑料社 Spring Board of Governors Meeting. Members will have access to the Timeshare Litigation Group Document Library and the Litigation Group list server. Education programs and meetings will be held throughout the year. The group meets at 黑料社 Annual and Winter conventions.

- Membership: The group is limited to 黑料社 Regular, Life, Sustaining, and President鈥檚 Club members only.
- Annual Dues: The Litigation Group is complimentary for members of the 黑料社 Business Torts Section who can agree to the terms and conditions of membership in the Litigation Group's Affidavit. If you are not yet a member, you can join the Business Torts Section here.
