There have been many injuries at trampoline parks like Skyzone and Rockin' Jump throughout the country. This Group will coordinate litigation strategy and discuss causes of action, overcoming assumption of risk, and establishing liability; share pleadings, discovery demands, and experts; fight waiver clauses; and fight mandatory arbitration clauses.
The Group holds meetings and educational programs at 黑料社 conventions. Group members network throughout the year, sharing resources such as information regarding expert witness testimony and medical literature reviews. The Group has a document library and a list server.
- Meetings: The Group meets at 黑料社 Annual and Winter conventions.
- Membership: The group is limited to Regular, Life, Sustaining, and President's Club 黑料社 members plaintiff's counsel only.
- Dues: The Litigation Group is complimentary for members of the 黑料社 Products Liability Section who can agree to the terms and conditions of membership in the Litigation Group's Affidavit. If you are not yet a member, you can join the Products Liability Section here.
