About the Program

Experience an in-depth, cutting-edge approach to perfecting depositions and witness preparation skills, with this year’s Advanced Depositions College. Built on the fundamentals of ºÚÁÏÉç’s Depositions College, this program features a low student-to-faculty ratio, comprehensive lectures, and useful demonstrations. Additionally, the ten hands-on workshops will put your new skills into practice, and allow you to receive critical feedback from the experienced faculty. Best part? All workshops are recorded so you can take them home as you prepare for success in depositions and in the courtroom.

Learn and practice advanced techniques in recorded workshops: 

• Discovery plans and witness goals
• Lay witnesses: exhaustion, boxing-in, restating and summarizing, nonverbals, mirroring 
• Establishing standards of care and conduct 
• Deposing experts 
• Clean language strategies

Registrants are strongly recommended to have either taken up to 20 depositions or previously attended ºÚÁÏÉç Education’s Trial Advocacy College: Depositions before registering for this program.
